Who We Are

John is a highly experienced professional with a CCIM designation and a track record of success in client representation, income-expense analysis, and problem-solving. Having brokered commercial real estate transactions for more than three decades and personally-owned investment property in multiple geographic markets and multiple product classes, John brings a valuable perspective to the Axiom Equities team. John received his B.A in Business Administration from the University of Washington. He resides with his wife and four sons at their home in Lake Quivira, Kansas.

Ben graduated summa cum laude from Tusculum College in Greeneville, Tennessee with a B.S. in Business. He also received his law degree from Washington and Lee University in Lexington, Virginia. After graduating from law school, Ben held entrepreneurial business development roles for nearly 15 years with growth-oriented firms. Concurrently, Ben spent significant time, energy, and effort to build a personal real estate portfolio primarily in Johnson County, Kansas. He has experience owning multi-family properties, commercial real estate, and raw land as well as single-family investment properties.

Ben lives with his wife and four children in Lake Quivira, Kansas.

After selling his company, Randy became an active real estate investor focusing on purchasing assets from distressed lending situations. He has experience investing in multiple geographic markets and asset classes.

Prior to his activities in the professional education and testing arena,
Randy studied at the University of Kansas in Lawrence, KS. He currently resides with his wife and three children in Lake Quivira, Kansas.

Under Richard’s leadership, Axiom Equities has developed, tested, and fine-tuned unconventional but very effective real-world solutions to our industry’s long-standing property management challenges.  Richard is responsible for the operational optimization of the Axiom Equities real estate portfolio. In addition to this, he is deeply involved in strategic planning and business development aspects of the business.

Richard lives with his wife in Parkville, Missouri.

Alex completed the rigorous curriculum of the CFA Program, passing all three exams on the first attempt, and graduated cum laude from Kansas State University, majoring in Finance and Accounting. Alex is deeply involved with the sourcing, financing, and analyzing of Axiom’s investment initiatives. He lives with his wife and son in Mission, Kansas.
